Farina 00 75g
Farina di semola 75 grammi
Burro 25g
Uova 1
Scorza di arancia
Mezza arancia spremuta
Zucchero 40g
Cucchiaino di aceto di mele 1
Cucchiaino di liquore florio 1
Crema di Pistacchi dolce
Granella di pistacchio
Olio di semi
A riposo per 20 minuti e poi stendi facendo varie pieghe fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio.
In friggitrice ad aria ben spennellate di olio a 200 gradi per 8 minuti!

Orange zest
Half orange juice
Sugar 40g
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of florio liqueur

Pistachio grain
Seed oil
